📧 Order Confirmation

Once your order is authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email. We begin preparing your handcrafted ceramics immediately after verification. Due to our fast processing, it may not be possible to modify or cancel your order, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. This timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery window once your order has shipped.
